Hannah Kim, B.A.

Biographical Summary

Hannah Kim is a postbaccalaureate IRTA in the OCD. She began working at NIAAA in June 2020 after graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Hannah was recognized with highest honors for her undergraduate thesis examining the relationship between Asian cultural identity characteristics and disordered eating. She is particularly interested in social determinants of addictive behaviors and health disparities in alcohol use. After her training, Hannah hopes to attend medical school and earn an MD-MPH degree.
