Postdoctoral IRTA Fellow
Gus joined the LNI as an IRTA postdoctoral fellow in June 2019. He is an organometallic chemist who completed his B.S in University of Tehran and received his Ph.D. from Georgetown University. His Ph.D. research focused on base-metal catalyzed C-H functionalization. His research at the LNI involves the design and synthesis of radiotracers as diagnostic tools for in vitro and in vivo bioimaging.
