Dr. Yan studied deep learning and functional imaging at the Institution of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and got his Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition & Intelligent Systems. Dr. Yan joined LNI as a postdoctoral fellow in 2022. Dr. Yan’s research focuses on developing advanced computational approaches based on neuroimaging for mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, ADHD, addiction) subtype discovery, psychiatric risk prediction, and intervention monitoring.
