Mouse Lung Fibrosis Atlas
About
This website is an interactive tool to explore and visualize multi- omics data generated by Section on Fibrotic Disorders (SFD), National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, National Institutes of Health, we developed this website to support research data sharing, openness, and inclusivity in science. We attempted to create a user-friendly platform so that everyone (even without bioinformatics/systems biology training) will be able to access it, including clinicians and bench scientists.
This platform will be updated continously and expanded with all omics data from various research from our lab in the future.
Features
Each study will have different omics data type and representation, mainly associated with the analyses performed in the paper. Right now, we have physiological data (pulmonary functions), transcriptomics, and metabolomics data.
All studies included data exploratory tools, where users may explore analytes levels, acquire statistical analysis results, and download ready-to-use basic figures that can be used in publications and presentations. In some studies, we also presented analytes interactions as co-expression or correlation networks. The network data is also downloadable and compatible with many network analysis tools, such as Cytoscape, iGraph, and NetworkX.
